- We may require a deposit to begin work.
- Revisions are usually limited (we’ll confirm how many in each quote).
- Final files are delivered once full payment is received.4. Payments
- Payments are due as agreed in your invoice or contract.
- Late payments may be subject to penalties or delays in delivery.
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel work if payments are not received.
5. Ownership and Rights
Once full payment is made, you own the final approved work (unless otherwise stated).
- We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio or social media, unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Raw or working files (e.g. PSD, AI) remain Ouridia’s property unless specifically agreed upon.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
If a project is cancelled before completion, you may still be charged for work already done.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
- We don’t offer refunds once final work has been approved and delivered.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to provide excellent service, Ouridia is not liable for:
- Any losses or damages from using our services or website.
- Any errors that occur after client approval.
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. illness, load shedding, tech outages).
